Do you want to change the world? Me too. At some point in our lives, most of us get stuck. We might find ourselves complacent and bored, in a toxic environment that's intolerable but we still don't leave; or, we may be so disillusioned, we've lost hope. The problem is that we don’t know where or how to move forward. The Midlife Breakthrough Program takes you through a process that helps you clear away the confusion and self-doubt that’s in your way so that you can create a more fulfilling life. This is a process that frees up stuck mental, emotional and physical energy so that you can change your world.
Know — Change begins within, which is why we start with knowing yourself; that is, developing awareness about the patterns, beliefs and behaviors that keep you stuck. We excavate layers of social and cultural conditioning that may be limiting you. You will identify values, your unique talents as well as learn tools for greater self-discovery, creativity and freedom.
Who is it for?
Have a life dream or a goal — something you've always thought about doing or have wanted to do for a long time, but just have trouble finding the time and creating momentum.
Know you have more to offer the world and want to make it a better place — you just don’t know what that looks like or how to make happen.
Trust that the transition you are in — whether that’s a midlife crisis, a “dark night of the soul,” or job loss — can serve a greater purpose in your (and others’) life; but you can’t see what that purpose is yet (which kind of sucks).
Love and yearn to be truly yourself because that is where freedom and joy reside.
May be in recovery from any variety of “-isms” — perfectionism, corporate grind-ism, alcoholism, you name it.
Love — Most of us unconsciously make decisions based from a place of fear. We have a tendency to criticize ourselves for how we feel and respond to our lives. In this segment we further examine the parts of ourselves we'd prefer to ignore, practice acceptance and self-compassion because self-criticism just doesn't work.
You will learn how these parts of yourself are gifts and learn to work with, rather than against, them.

Trust — Do you want to save time, stop swimming in self-doub and create more joy? Learn to trust yourself again and you will make decisions more quickly, gain clarity and thrive.
Be — You do "you." What future do you want for yourself? Who do you need to BE in order to step into that future? We will flesh out a vision, play with that vision and you will get plenty of practice being the real you.

3 RIM sessions (regenerating images in memory); each is 90 minutes
1 Energy Assessment and debrief (90 minutes)
