What Really Matters When It Comes to Interviewing

Last week I facilitated an interviewing workshop. It was my first time with the material, my first time making a long-distance drive to present for a client, and my first time talking with anyone from the organization. I was dreading it. HR people were going to be in the room. C-somethings or VPs might be in the room. I was nervous I’d say the wrong thing, look foolish, trip over the wires on the floor and fall on my face (it’s happened before).
